March Madness

Well, it's hard to believe, but March is here...and almost over really. We have not been able to do many blog or picture updates recently...until now.

Brian spent time doing some picture recovery and reformatting our computer. Goodness sakes, our computer was going dinosaur speed! We also had an issue with one of the camera cards around Christmas time and needed to do some picture recovery, so it was time for a computer make over. We did end up losing some pictures and video from Christmas time, and that was quite the bummer. However, we were able to recover many of them and have taken quite a few since. And get this...even after Brian put all the time into doing that, we have come to the conclusion that it is time for a new computer. Can you believe it? Not the best time for needing a new computer. Oh well, we'll see what happens.

Getting to know Cooper has been such a treat, and we are savoring every moment with him. He wakes us up with huge smiles, grunts and babbles like he really knows what he is saying, snuggles when we hold him close, and is so curious about everything around him. His length puts him in the 90th percentile for height (I think he is going to be a tall fella...), and he is pretty darn strong. He has been chewing on his fingers like crazy since he was around 2 months old, and it seems to be getting even more intense...a sure sign his teeth are moving around up in his gums. We play music for him all the time, and he seems to be mesmerized by it. He loves to read, loves to sit up, loves to stare at the tv screen (uh oh!), and does not mind helping me with the grocery shopping. I gotta say, it is truly a joy to be his mom.

On March 13th, we hit the 4 month mark with Cooper. Absolutely unbelievable how quickly time is flying by. He is changing right before our eyes each and every day. Although I wish we could capture him at this age forever, it is such fun to watch him learn and grow. What a beautiful gift God gave us in Cooper. He fills our hearts to the brim.

We have had some good times since our last post. Take a look. I'll also post the links to some more photos.

Love and blessings,
